Lash Extension Removals

First and foremost, avoid removing eyelash extensions prematurely if you can help it, and never, ever try to remove eyelash extension yourself, because chances are that you’ll cause some serious damage to your natural eyelashes if you do.

Eyelash extensions are bonded to your natural lashes using surgical-grade adhesive – it’s designed to withstand water, soap, and sweat, and require a special type of remover to get them off. So, unless you’re trying to achieve a bald eye, don’t ever DIY the removal process!

Because eyelash extensions are most often affixed with high-grade surgical glues (a.k.a superglue), the removal process is no easy feat. I use a special type of glue remover on the extensions, leaving it there for a a few minutes.

After which, I usually take off the lash extensions with a brush specifically designed for extension removal
